Mr. Lauber received his Bachelor’s of Science Engineering degree from Cleveland State University and has over 30 years experience providing mechanical engineering and project management services. Mr. Lauber’s work on current projects includes owner’s representative services, client relations, analysis of cost and energy savings, commissioning of steam and hot water systems, lighting controls, and measurement and verification. Systems commissioned include BAS control, sensors, wireless equipment, and network communication hardware. Mechanical equipment includes steam control valves, vacuum condensate receivers, and steam-driven domestic hot water heaters.
