Our employees at Facility Strategies Group are a collection of diverse individuals, with unique talents, and a blend of educational and professional backgrounds and experience.  We work individually on small tasks and collaboratively in small creative teams for larger tasks.  Each employee has areas of concentration  where he or she acts as project technical lead or supports other projects as a technical resource.  In addition to time on the job for research and study, each employee takes professional development time off site.
