Overview

Facility Strategies Group (FSG) was the commissioning authority for a LEED certified project at North Hills South, a 6-story office building encompassing 180,000 SF. Commissioned building systems include condenser water system pumps, cooling towers, self-contained units, VAV terminal units, energy recovery unit, building automation systems, hot water systems, pumps, interior and exterior lighting systems, emergency power generation system, and DSS units for elevator control room. FSG reviewed of OPR/BOD documents, design documents, and approved submittals, prepared the Cx Plan, pre-functional forms, functional test forms, completed inspections and reports, witnessed and reviewed reports for equipment start-ups and TAB, reviewed training agendas and content, reviewed controls shop drawings and submittals, reviewed graphics, and completed functional testing. FSG also assembled the project file including O&M manuals, warranties, and other required documentation, provided seasonal testing, and warranty-period inspections.
